This mega-site is located adjacent to US-54 providing access North into Kansas and South into Mexico. It is 17 miles from I-10 which provides east/west access throughout the U.S.
The El Paso region is served by three rail companies; Union Pacific, Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) and Ferromex. The Union Pacific rail line runs within one half mile of the site with BNSF having access to the line.
The site is served by El Paso Electric Company with a 115kV transmission line and a 13.8kV distribution line running adjacent to the site. All other utilities can be extended; cost estimates and extension plans are available for review.
The Edge of Texas mega-site is controlled by the City of El Paso and can be made available at very low or no cost based on project.
