ACCESSIBILITY

The region’s central location along the 2000 mile border has made El Paso a natural transportation hub, with international rail service provided by Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway (BNSF), Union Pacific (UP) and Ferromex. Interstate access (I-10) connects our region to California and Florida, and to the Rocky Mountain states all the way to the Canadian border. You’ll also find two international airports, El Paso International Airport (EPIA) and Abraham Gonzalez International Airport (AGIA), and five international border crossings connecting the U.S. to México.
