El Paso employs more than 14,700 workers in more than 33 white-collar operations, such as contact centers, technical-support operations and back office. These companies draw from a large pool of bilingual workers, many of who possess business degrees from colleges and universities in the region.

With six (6) campuses located throughout the region, EPCC Spring 2011 enrollment totaled 36,079. Offering a diversity of programs relevant to today’s workforce needs, EPCC continues to receive national recognition for its educational excellence. The El Paso Community College Office of Customized Training serves business and industry with employee training in dozens of areas including advanced manufacturing, management, software, quality control and other disciplines. The El Paso Community College Office of Customized Training can help corporations train employees at little or no cost to the company, by pursuing federal, state and local grant sources.
